Review Guidelines

Your reviews help people and families make informed decisions when choosing a treatment center. Honest, thoughtful reviews can make a real difference for someone searching for the right care.

How to Write a Helpful Review

The most helpful reviews are specific and based on personal experience. Here are some tips to make your review useful for others:

  • 1

    Share your personal experience

Describe what your visit or stay was like. What happened from the moment you arrived to when you left? First-hand accounts are the most valuable.

  • 2

Be specific about what stood out

Instead of saying "it was good" or "it was bad," explain what made it that way. Were the staff attentive? Was the facility clean and comfortable? Were wait times reasonable?

  • 3

Mention the type of care you received

Let others know if you were there for inpatient care, outpatient treatment, an emergency visit, or another type of service. This helps people in similar situations find relevant reviews.

  • 4

Share whether you'd recommend this center

A clear recommendation (or caution) helps readers quickly understand your overall impression and make their own decision.

Rating Categories

When leaving a review, you can rate your experience across several categories. Here's what each one covers:

Overall Experience

Your general impression of the treatment center. Consider the full picture — from admission to discharge, how did the experience feel as a whole?

Staff & Care Team

How were the doctors, nurses, therapists, and support staff? Consider their professionalism, compassion, communication, and responsiveness to your needs.

Facility & Environment

Was the facility clean, well-maintained, and comfortable? Think about the rooms, common areas, equipment, and overall atmosphere.

Wait Times

How long did you wait to be seen or admitted? Consider scheduling availability, appointment punctuality, and how efficiently your time was managed.

Value

Did the quality of care justify the cost? Consider the overall value of the treatment, services provided, and whether you felt the pricing was fair and transparent.
